The cascade of our own stocked lakes near the cottage community can bring huge profits to both the owner and the tenant.

We take the matter of stocking responsibly and traditionally fill the cascade of lakes with fish at the end of the spring flood, when the water is rich in nutrients necessary for the development of the food base.

Our ponds are home to a wide variety of fish - carp, crucian carp, silver carp, white cupid, perch, pike, tench, roach, rudd. The total area of the reservoirs is about 5 hectares. The depth is from 1.5 m to 6 m.

It is also a very interesting business idea to create a modern dentistry office - there are no such services in the region yet.

Organization of a relaxation area and quality leisure time near the Equestrian Club.

We offer a cozy corner of the cottage community to create a bath complex for relaxation and enjoyment of natural comfort near the Equestrian Club. Steam, complex bath procedures, massage, and a phyto-room remain popular even in difficult times. 

And a small pond near such a club allows you to hold a fishing rod in your hands and catch crucians after relieving fatigue in the bathhouse.

We have already created the necessary material base (stables, levada and arena) for the development of a modern equestrian business. The territory allocated for the equestrian club has an area of more than 10 hectares, and we propose to continue developing this area by creating a walking area, a mini-hotel, a restaurant, a children's playground, and a souvenir shop (i.e., additional monetization objects).

To start a joint business, we can provide a separate land plot with all the necessary communications, which is located directly on the Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway. We also already have small-sized electric trucks and unheated warehouses under guard.

We already have a fleet of vehicles and are ready to transfer existing construction and special equipment to the common business.
