A kindergarten and a primary school have been operating in our community for several years so far. Classes taught outside, quests near the scenic lake, and adventures in the nearby forest are all great alternatives to traditional educational facilities, located in the concrete blocks of the megapolis.

The primary consideration in our school is the kids’ emotional state; therefore, each day begins with a morning gathering, where students and teachers focus on their feelings and discuss plans for the day.

Our security system is connected to the State Protection Service. Entrances to the community are guarded by 3 stationary checkpoints.

We pay great attention to providing a wide range of outdoor activities for the whole family. Traditional morning and evening run throughs, walks, horse- and bike- riding have become an integral part of the daily routine for many of our residents.

Within the community, there’s a universal stadium, suited for football, basketball, tennis, and volleyball.

Every summer, we run football and ping-pong competitions amongst adults and children.

On the lake’s shores, we have constructed a recreational area with a white sand beach, perfectly suited for sunbathing, swimming, or playing various games and sports.

There are also fishing and turf clubs on the community’s territory.

The Management company facilitates the community’s improvements and residents’ comfort. It employs multiple electricians, plumbers, and gardeners.

We’ve also purchased ditch diggers from JCB and ATEK, a dump truck, an irrigation machine, several electric cars for the security and maintenance services agencies, as well as grass mowing and soil cultivation equipment.

Over 150 thousand trees have been planted throughout the community’s territory, in the nearby forest, and around the cascade of lakes.

The whole community is lit up during the nights – 240 utility poles with LED projectors have already been installed across the territory. 8 electric transformers, with the energy output of 1 MW, are evenly distributed throughout the town.
